We do not accept responsibility for the results, nor will entertain any requests based on a lack of knowledge of the client.

We reserve the right to terminate a contract with a client, for all of our offered services, at any given time. This is a very rare occurrence for us as we are dedicated to offering personalized solutions to our clients’ needs and pay special attention to open communication and regular reporting. However, should an issue arise that we deem unresolvable or there is a difference that makes it impossible for us to carry our work with a client, munafa has the right to terminate a contract without prior notice. We may or may not disclose or discuss the cause for termination. We are not liable for any loss incurred due to early termination of a contract.

Should crucial information be left out of the brief given to us by our clients and result in the failure of a strategy implemented by us or a service provided, we do not accept responsibility for any loss incurred. In order for us to be able to formulate a plan that is in line with the needs of any business, it is the responsibility of the business to disclose all relevant information to us. This will inform our strategy building and result in a more personalized plan; one that is most suited to our client’s needs and requirements.
